Print and issue membership badges to your members to give security and control the use of. Badges can be personalised with your logo and other information in case you want to offer different type of services.

This software allows you to:

• Capture all member data including photo image
• Send notification of subscriptions and outstanding fees
• Print badges on all types of printer
• Select the type of badge layout according to the members privileges
• Create, edit and print statistical analysis and reports

The data can be input in different ways such as keyboard entry or, if you already have a database or excel tables, these files can be imported directly for use with your new software.

All the data is stored in a MS-Access database as standard. The data can be reviewed as required by any authorised person.

The akewa* Table Manager tool allows authorised users to select, modify, delete, print and create data as required. It is also possible, with limited computer knowledge, to import/export files or tables directly to Excel, Access, XML and other compatible applications such as existing school management databases.

With the akewa* design module integrated with each application, you will be able to personalize and print your badges. The application comes with four ready to use badge layouts. It is also possible to modify these layouts to suit your exact requirements.
