This software allows you to:

• Import data necessary to print a badge
• Acquire the photo image of the pupils
• Select the required badge layout according to the badge holder profile
• Print a badge on any type of badge printer
• Manage the issuance of badges and their interface between other school systems such as library, canteen etc.

The system can store multiple card layouts – some generic designs will come with the application. In addition temporary staff, pupils, tutors, contractors and other types of non-standard badges can be designed and issued under authorised control.

The akewa* Table Manager tool allows authorised users to select, modify, delete, print and create data as required. It is also possible, with limited computer knowledge, to import/export files or tables directly to Excel, Access, XML and other compatible applications such as existing school management databases.

With the akewa* design module integrated with each application, you will be able to personalize and print your badges. The application comes with four ready to use badge layouts. It is also possible to modify these layouts to suit your exact requirements.
