Keep track of the history of all visitors who visit your Company. Who they are. The reason for their visit. The visit date and duration. Who they visit.
The security manager or other authorised personnel can, at all times, view visit history.
All information is stored in an Access database for review and print. (A SQL version is planned for introduction later this year)
The akewa* Table Manager tool allows authorised users to select, modify, delete, print and create data as required. It is also possible, with limited computer knowledge, to import/export files or tables directly to Excel, Access, XML and other compatible applications.
With the akewa* design module integrated with each application, you will be able to personalize and print your badges. The application comes with four ready to use badge layouts. It is also possible to modify these layouts to suit your exact requirements.
